Carousel Studio is NOT made by Canva. It is a third-party app built by an independent team and distributed through the [Canva Apps Marketplace](https://www.canva.com/your-apps/).

Here is what that means for you:

1. **Installation:** You install Carousel Studio from the Canva Apps Marketplace, just like any other Canva app. It appears on the left side of your design window once installed.
2. **Account and billing:** Your Carousel Studio account and subscription are separate from your Canva account. You manage your Carousel Studio plan through the app itself, not through Canva's billing settings.
3. **Support:** If you have questions or run into issues, reach out to the Carousel Studio support team directly. Canva's support team cannot help with Carousel Studio-specific questions.
4. **Canva Pro is not required:** Carousel Studio works with free Canva accounts. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to use it.
